This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

This painting is part of UNIVERSAL MANDALA series and inspired by "sun salutation" asanas - physical yoga poses designed to greet the sun early in the morning, as it arises and transitions through the skies.
According to Ayurveda - ancient Vedic teaching about health and wellness - we are solar powered creatures, and so we must follow the sun’s rhythms in our daily lives to be abidingly healthy and balanced. For countless years yogis in India practiced this asana during the sunrise to welcome the sun early as it arises and begins its passage through the skies.
The Sun is a daily reminder that we too can rise again from the darkness.
That we too can shine our own light.
Turn your face toward the Sun,
And let the shadows fall behind you.
