The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This is a bright colorful design showing the Hindu sacred chakra system, this is made up of the 7 chakras each with its own meaning, energy, symbol and color. Like an energetic rainbow of spiritual power this design is ideal for a range of products, especially yoga mats.
The important chakras are stated in Buddhist and Hindu texts to be arranged in a column along the spinal cord, from its base to the top of the head, connected by vertical channels. The tantric traditions sought to master them, awaken and energize them through various breathing exercises or with assistance of a teacher.
